Recipient Out Of Office
Outlook will let you know when a recipient has their out of office reply on. When you enter email addresses and drop down to type in the email, right above the To… field a message box opens, and displays the recipients with out of office replies turned on. Deleted Items Folder
Good news! if you accidentally delete the emails in your Deleted Items Folder, you can recover those emails on your own. You have 14 days to recover, and it is easy. Just right click on the Deleted Items Folder (using mouse or control key and click) scroll down to the Recover Deleted Items. The Recover Deleted Items window opens and will list the emails that have been deleted. You can select all, or you can select just the ones you want.

OWA Calculates Recipients
A message will appear above the To… field when composing emails to contact groups. The message will show how many emails contacts are in each group. Click on example image below.
