Academic Websites

These academic websites are all web-based. These websites include Hippocampus.org, an interactive periodic table, and an economic book. These websites are all free and no account needed. Hippocampus shows a bunch of videos from reliable sources on how to do certain topics such as physics, chemistry, and math videos. Watch the video for further expalnation or follow these quick easy steps:

HippoCampus:

  1. Go to http://www.hippocampus.org/
  2. Just click on the topic on the left side and from their you can watch the video

Economic Book:

  1. Go to http://ocas.pearsonschool.com/ph/cd/0-13-251420-6/?token=53616c7465645f5f1fb75ad6259c730fa23234173e484f6bc8c48136ba385f29cc54174831a68c34a993020be365b891c11f96f4a7943ea2
  2. It will come up with a blank page and another URL
  3. Click on the URL that shows up and after that it will come up with a pop- up window that shows the Economic book that we use in the Economic glasses here at Penn Manor

Interactive Periodic Table:

  1. Go to http://www.rsc.org/periodic-table
  2. After you go to that URL, then you can scroll over the elements and it has everything for the element
