If you have any questions or issues with your 1:1 laptop or its software, there are many ways to get support. Students are advised to stop in at the 1:1 Student Tech Support Helpdesk, located in Room 200 in the Foreign Languages wing, for issues or questions that need to be resolved in person. A team of student technicians is available every block at the Student Helpdesk to help solve issues or answer questions that you may have. For questions or issues that are not as critical, there is a tech support ticket system available to students to submit issues or questions online. The Student Support site can be found here. Students can log into the online support system with their Penn Manor Google Docs username and date of birth, where they can submit or view their support tickets. Feedback and comments are also appreciated regarding the 1:1 laptop and its software.
