NED Mindset Assembly

We had a virtual assembly today that focused on having a growth mindset and the power of YET! (I may not be able to do something…YET!) The presenter used yoyo tricks to prove this very concept along with storytelling with a character named Ned. Ned’s name stands for Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best! The program is also selling yoyo’s as a fundraiser to continue bringing these assemblies to other schools. It is a free of cost program for schools. Below are the yoyos for sale and additional information if you are interested.

Report Cards

Hello 5th grade Families!

Report cards will be sent home TOMORROW 2/5 with your child. They will not be sent home in the yellow envelopes this marking period. No signature is required. CM is trying to reduce the amount of paper being passed to and from the home and school due to COVID. Once you receive the report card, it is yours to keep. We will advise our students to put it in their red take home folder. So please be on the look out for it. You can also access the report card on Sapphire.

Let us know if you have any questions!
