Hello Parents and Guardians!
Our Hambright Elementary Spring Concert is right around the corner on Wednesday, May 15th at 6:00 pm in the Hambright Gym! Your student musician has been practicing hard for the concert and we are so excited to show off all their hard work!
Students who are performing in the concert should come dressed looking their best and should be mindful not to dress in warm layers.
The concert will start promptly at 6:00 pm with First Grade performing first and will last about an hour.
Students who are performing in the concert will need to arrive at the following times:
5:30 pm- Beginning Band, 5th and 6th Grade Band and String Ensemble: Students in band and string ensemble will need to arrive at 5:30 with their instrument and music for instrument set-up and tuning.
5:45 pm- All 1st grade students, 3rd grade students and 5th and 6th Grade Chorus members
All 3rd Grade students performing in the concert will need to bring their recorders with them to the concert.
All students performing in the concert should meet in the cafeteria at their designated time. Upon arrival, students should report to their assigned seat in the cafeteria.
At the conclusion of each portion of the concert, students will report back to the cafeteria where they will watch a live stream of the concert performance. Students should be picked up from the cafeteria at the finish of the concert.
