Just a reminder that the Hambright Holiday Concert which will include the Band, String Ensemble and the Chorus will be Wednesday, December 13^th at 5:30pm.

Members of String Ensemble and the Band will need to arrive at the music room with their instruments and music by 5:00pm for warm ups and tuning.

Members of the Chorus will need to arrive at the music room no later than 5:15pm.

Students performing in the Holiday Concert should plan to dress nicely (as if they were going to attend a wedding or church).

Because each member of our ensembles is important to the success of the ensemble, please encourage your student musician to practice their holiday music for their concert performance.

Good Afternoon!

As you may already know, the High School Musical this year will be Mary Poppins! Due to the nature of the show, the high school musical director has asked for me to recommend elementary students to audition for both a female and male child lead role. Because of this, I have been carefully listening to students sing during their recess time in order to make my recommendations. If I feel that your child should be recommended to audition at for these lead roles, I will be sure to email you, the parent, as to keep you informed during this process.

Good Morning!

Just a reminder that we will be having both Band and Chorus Rehearsal this week at 8am in the music room. The early dismissal schedule will not affect these rehearsals.

However, due to the early dismissal schedule on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday there will be no instrumental lessons during the school day. With the early dismissal schedule I am just not able to pull kids for their lessons.
