I hope that this weekend is fun and rejuvenating for everyone! We will have a class meeting on Monday at 10 am at the link below. The theme for this class meeting is SPORTS! Three updates for today….

1. We will not be having our usual google meet this Friday afternoon because all PM teachers will be in a meeting. So, we will have one on Monday afternoon. The theme of this meeting will be sports. Bring your favorite sports equipment, jersey, or team memorabilia to share with friends. We will also be going over the assignments that are due next week. The link will be up this weekend:)
2. Many of our friends are having difficulty with the science video. Please do not stress over it. Just do what you can.
3. There are three assignments listed to turn in today. Pick your favorite and turn it into Miss Riley and I. You do not have to turn in all three.

I loved seeing you on Thursday through our google meet conversation! I have missed you all so much! Today begins out next set of remote learning activities. Below are a few pointers that should make the week go smoothly. As always, please email me if you have any questions or concerns.

Please make note of which activities are to be sent to the teachers so that I can make sure I have marked your child’s work as submitted. Assignments to be turned in are labeled in the directions for the assignment.

When photographing your child’s work, please make sure the photo is close enough that I can see it and give feedback.

I will be having another Google Meet session on Friday! Stay tuned for the details.

We are so excited to announce that we are going to have a class google meet tomorrow! This may get a little crazy having so many people together, but here are some tips!

Below is a google meet link. If you are using the computer to connect, please click on the link below. There is also a dial up option, with a PIN number to enter when prompted if you are using your phone for audio only. Please hover at the bottom of the screen and turn your microphone off by clicking on the microphone icon. When you want to speak, please turn it back on by clicking the icon again. Turning the mic off when the teacher is speaking helps from the distraction of background noise. Each child will get a turn to talk and ask any questions they may have.

I do have some important updates for parents concerning completion and turn in procedures for remote learning activities, so we are asking that a parent or adult be in the room when we are meeting. Our meeting topics will then be posted on the blog.

Dear Kiddos,

Today ends the first round of our assignments of review material. I hope you have fun today listening to The Hula Hoop Queen and I can’t wait to see some pictures of the beginning, middle, and end ! It’s also really important to talk and learn about fire safety with your family, as we are doing in social studies today!
