Our Week

Math – We completed Chapter 5: Division. We will take our test on Monday. The kids have been doing an amazing job!!

ELA – In grammar, we practiced writing complex sentences. They really are complex! In writing, we just started an opinion writing project. We can’t wait for you to see our final products when you come in for conferences! In reading, we are continuing to learn all about facts and opinions. The students put their knowledge to the test in a trip around the zoo. The students traveled to “animal exhibits” at the Binkley Zoo and Aquarium. The zoologists in training were given the task of writing facts and opinions about the different animals.
