Book Swap

This year, students in my reading class will be reading books from our library and giving “Book Talks”  to the class.  After the presentations, we will type them up here as suggestions for others when our class visits the library.  Happy reading!

    The problem is a cat and dog find out their owner’s bunny is a vampire. My favorite page is page 82. If you read this book, you’ll find out if Bunnicula is a vampire. If you like mysteries, you’ll love this book! You can find this book at the Hambright library.

  3. My title is The Celery Stalks at Midnight. The author is James Howe. The problem in the story is that Bunnicula got out of the cage and the other animals are worried. My favorite part is page 7. In this book you’ll find out what happens when a vampire rabbit gets out of it’s cage. You will like this book if you hate veggies. Find this book in our school library.

The problem of the story is that the animals sense something wrong in Monroe’s house. My favorite page is eighty nine. If you read this book you’ll find out it is a mystery story. If you love mystery stories you’ll love this book. You could find this book in a library or a book store.

  5. The book I read was Hounsley and Cantina. The author is James Howe and is illustrated by Marie Louise Gay. The problem in the story is that Bert couldn’t play. If you read this book you will find out that it is good to have good friends. A person that might like this book is a person that likes James Howe books. You can find this book in the local library. My favorite pages are 11 and 1!
