Parents and Guardians,
Our schedule is full in the mornings and students usually need to take a break around 11:00 after working hard. We all benefit from fresh air and running around even when it’s cold outside. Please encourage your child to come to school dressed for the weather (coats, hats, gloves) so they are comfortable when we go outside for a break.
I raised two boys; I know 6th graders think just wearing a sweatshirt is cool – until we go outside and they complain about being cold. 🙂
