Kinser Lunch and Listen 12- 12:30   Tuesday and Thursday…Come have lunch with Miss Fair and me and listen to a book at 12:10. We have a guest reader!!

Wednesday Weekly Meeting: May 13 Make a craft with me! We always like to hang things from our ceiling in our room so Wednesday we will make a hanging craft. If you’d like to make a craft with me for our “room” have a piece of paper, crayons, and a pair of scissors with you on Wednesday. If you don’t want to make a craft, join us just so we can say hi and see our class.

WritingYou will need a pencil, crayons, and a blank piece of paper. 
Follow along with Mrs. Sproul’s video as you draw and label the life cycle of a butterfly. 
Sight WordsVideo DirectionsChoose 10 sight words. Write one word each on a small piece of paper. Fold each paper in half. Have fun sending those words flying through the air! Run and bring each word back, reading the word as you do.

Stack, Slide or Roll

Today we will be exploring 3-D shapes to see if they can stack, slide or roll. You will need all four of the 3-D shapes for today’s lesson.       Watch the video introduction to stack, slide and roll.Watch the Youtube song “Stack, slide or roll.”.
Check to see if all four 3-D shapes can stack, slide or roll. Record what you learn about these 3-D shapes on this recording sheet. Just put an x on the smiling face if the 3-D shape has this attribute. Put an x on the sad face if the 3-D shape does not have this attribute.
Take pictures of your child checking the shapes and of them holding the recording sheet and send it to your teacher..
