Stack, Slide or Roll

Today we will be exploring 3-D shapes to see if they can stack, slide or roll. You will need all four of the 3-D shapes for today’s lesson.       Watch the video introduction to stack, slide and roll.Watch the Youtube song “Stack, slide or roll.”.
Check to see if all four 3-D shapes can stack, slide or roll. Record what you learn about these 3-D shapes on this recording sheet. Just put an x on the smiling face if the 3-D shape has this attribute. Put an x on the sad face if the 3-D shape does not have this attribute.
Take pictures of your child checking the shapes and of them holding the recording sheet and send it to your teacher..
