“Make One Change” Program
- Earn entries into a drawing for multiple $25 gift cards!
- Just make one positive wellness change and for every five days you stick with that change, you earn 1 entry into the drawing (does not have to be 5 consecutive days).
- This program starts on 9/26 and ends on 11/26 (Report number of entries to your wellness building rep). Next round starts 11/27 and runs for 2 months, etc.…this program will run the entire school year!!!
- 60 days during first round, so maximum of 12 entries!
- When your change becomes a habit, pick a new change!
- Examples of some changes that have been shared with me: journaling for stress management, eliminating soda consumption, eating at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, exercising at least 3 days per week…

We had been afforded lots of opportunities to burn those calories, Penn Manor…. But let’s take a look at the calories you put into your mouth.
Start spring with a healthy eating focus and commit to healthier food options. We are offering a class just for that purpose. Learn nutrition tips and food preparation meals that will be light and delight!
*5 hands on cooking application sessions
Cost: $45 for all six sessions, due at first session (food, supplies, materials included in cost)
Dates: March 20, April 3,10,17,24 and May 1 (Time 4:15-5:30 PM)
