We will learn how to write a persuasive/opinion pieces. We will learn about different persuasion strategies, how to choose a topic, hooks, and supporting details. Towards the end of the week, students will write a persuasive piece on a topic of their choice (example-why soccer is the best sport to play or why dogs are the best pet to have)

In Spelling…Lesson 11 spelling words will be tested on Friday December 9th. Packets were sent home on Friday, December 2nd. Like always, packets are due on the same day of the test.
