We will send out an email when the Student Help Desk is closed, or if we run out of Loaner Laptops. This way teachers won’t be sending students down for no reason. Thank You!
Students using the Student Help Desk Ticket System, https://studentsupport.pennmanor.net/student_login.php when you create your ticket don’t forget to check back in the system to see the responses from Student Support Team. You must log back into the Student Help Desk System.
If a student knows their password and would like to change it they can go to:
The passwords still have a minimum of 8 characters. If the password is less the reset will not take. Also, the password can not be same as before. Students can also have Library or Main Office reset passwords.
