Stroud Field Trip

4th graders enjoyed a great day at Stroud Water Research Center on Thursday, September 30th! We were able to compare and measure water flow in pools, runs, and riffles. We also identified and measured various species of trees, as well as find and identify various animal life in creek water. It was a super day of learning outside!

At Hambright…Learning in class with an Enviroscape Model (watershed model)! This model helped us to see how humans/pollution can impact the quality of our local watersheds!
