Students in Foods & Nutrition participate in the Valentine Candy making Demonstration!

The School of Culinary Arts, part of York Business Institute, was one of many business persons to address the student body on careers.  A Foods & Nutrition student shows the entree that was demonstrated!

At Messiah College on May 21, 2011, the Pennsylvania Assocation of Family and Consumer Sciences honored Mrs. Rottmund with the Teacher of the Year award.  Pictured are Mrs. Rottmund and Mrs. Sheerer,  both are Penn Manor High School FCS Teachers.
