Week of 4/29

Penn Manor Blogs have been experiencing a glitch with blog email notifications for the past couple of weeks. Although I have been posting, you have not been getting notifications. Hopefully we are back in business!

If you have not signed our field trip permission form yet, please send that back to school with your second grader as soon as possible!

Reading calendars are due Wednesday, May 1! If your second grader comes to school on Wednesday with the minutes totaled in adult handwriting, he/she will get a blue start!

Week of 4/23

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend!!

Our spelling test will be this Friday 4/26 on the same words as last week. We will also wrap up our math measurement unit at the end of this week and begin geometry next week!

Thank you to everyone who brought back our field trip forms already! If you have not, please return the forms by this Friday 4/26. We are so excited for our trip!! Please be sure to read over the paperwork carefully and fill out the forms completely. If you are interested in chaperoning, please indicate that on the top form. Please be aware that we are only able to bring a small number of parents so if we have a lot of interest we will need to draw names. All chaperones must have clearances on file in the office.

Keep reading for the reading calendars! Have a great week! 🙂
