Hello Penn Manor Jr. High Cross Country families,
Manor Middle School has switched to remote learning for the remainder of this week. As a result of this, we will not be able to have our last practice on Thursday. Thank you to all of our athletes who were able to come and run together. Even though it felt like a short season, we were still able to work on speed and conditioning along with trying some new exercises!
If you still have a rope and band, please contact me at andrea.kramer@pennmanor.net and we can make arrangements for their return.
