Hello Penn Manor Jr. High Cross Country families,
We will have practice from 8:00 to 9:30 am tomorrow to avoid the high heat later in the day. Hydration is key in staying healthy and performing well. Drink plenty of fluids today to be ready for tomorrow. Water is best, but you can supplement with Gatorade, Powerade or other sports drinks.
There were 21 athletes at our first practice so we are off to a great start and as coaches, we are very excited about all of our new and returning talent!
