Required Paperwork Reminders

Hello Penn Manor Jr. High Cross Country families,

As we get closer to the start of our official season (Monday, August 16th), I wanted to post a reminder for all of the required paperwork that is due by this date so you may send forms in at any time!

PIAA Physical: See the updated form attached below. Complete Sections 1-6 and Section 10

Code of Conduct: See the Athletic Packet attached below and sign page 6

Drug Consent: See the Athletic Packet attached below and sign page 20 (This form is mandatory for all incoming 9th graders and voluntary for 7th and 8th graders)
