Hello!
Just a few reminders for our Hempfield meet tomorrow:
Our bus will be departing Manor MS very close to 2:30. Marticville will be dismissed at 1:45/50. Renn Faire attendees from Marticville will be directed by their teachers/principal as to the transportation they will be taking to get to Manor MS. This info is still TBD- so please remind your child to keep an eye/ear out for further directions at their school/trip.
Most likely, we will encounter rainy/wet conditions- please have your child pack rain clothes to walk the course, and they are welcome to wear a shirt/leggings under their uniform as long as they are one color (no large prints or logos). Extra shoes are great if that is an option, spikes will be beneficial, and after meet shoes (sandals, Crocs) for drying out are good to pack as well.
If you will be taking your child home, a signout sheet will be located at the bus (number TBD) so it does not get waterlogged in the rain.
A course map is also TBD! Please let me know if you need a good location to stand along the course.
In case anything changes, please keep an eye on the Remind app!
We will also not have practice Friday (early dismissal) nor Monday (day off from school). I will catch up with the kids later this week with some recommendations of workouts.
