Meet the Coaches

Hello! My name is Coach Kramer and I am very excited to enter my third year as Head Coach for the Penn Manor Jr. High Cross Country team! As the number of athletes increases each year, so does our depth and desire to succeed. Last season our Boy’s team captured the Jr. High Cross Country Championship while the girls continued to improve meet to meet. This is quite a remarkable time for our program!

Additionally, I spent four seasons as an Assistant Coach with the Penn Manor Varsity team and was the Head Jr. High Track and Field Coach for two seasons, along with an additional year of coaching the distance squad at this same level.

A long, long time ago, I attended Millersville University, where I earned a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I consider myself quite fortunate to have been a part of two state champion Women’s Track and Field teams and was a two-time National qualifier in Women’s Cross Country during those four years. I also volunteer time with the current Women’s teams when I can.

My husband is a Math teacher at the High School while I am a Title I Reading Assistant at Central Manor Elementary School. Our daughters still attend schools in the District while our sons attend Eastern University and West Chester University, respectively.

I enjoy baking, the beach, playing games, gardening, spending time with my family, and of course, running!

Hi everyone! I’m Coach Taylour and this is my third year as an Assistant Coach with the Penn Manor Jr. High Cross Country team. I am a 2018 graduate of Millersville University where I earned a degree in Biology and Wellness Allied Health Sports Medicine with a minor in Coaching.

During my college career, I participated on the Swimming, Track, and Cross Country teams. I have been a swimmer all of my athletic career from eight years old and added running to my activities in my Freshman year of High School.

I have also found other sports, such as crewing and biking challenging and exciting. One of my new passions is building a recycling program from worn out shoes to help our community.

I am most excited about this up and coming season of Cross Country and seeing everyone soon and watching you grow and improve in this sport!
