Hi everyone! I’m Coach Taylour and this is my fifth year as an Assistant Coach with the Penn Manor Jr. High Cross Country team. I am a 2018 graduate of Millersville University where I earned a degree in Biology and Wellness Allied Health Sports Medicine with a minor in Coaching.
During my college career, I participated on the Swimming, Track, and Cross Country teams. I have been a swimmer all of my athletic career from eight years old and added running to my activities in my Freshman year of High School.
I have also found other sports, such as crewing and biking challenging and exciting. One of my new passions is building a recycling program from worn out shoes to help our community.
I am most excited about this up and coming season of Cross Country and seeing everyone soon and watching you grow and improve in this sport!
