Summer training is the perfect time to build a solid foundation for the season ahead. Make it a goal to run 3-4 days a week for 25-30 minutes by the time we start voluntary practices (see below). Since this is a new sport for many of you, it will take time to get your bodies accustomed to this type of exercise. It is OK to walk if you need to during a run. We have plenty of time to get ready for the season and if you follow the program, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish!
Voluntary team workouts will be held on the following days, beginning July 8th, at Manor Middle School. We will meet in the grass near the back parking lot. Please note this, and all other dates on the blog, are subject to change with PIAA recommendations in regards to COVID-19.
Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:00-7:30 pm
