Veterans Day

Yesterday a special visitor came to our classroom.

It was my mom! She came to teach both classes why we honor our veterans. She is a veteran herself after serving in the Army for 20 years.

We hope all of our veterans had a wonderful Veterans Day yesterday!

Wow! What a fun Thursday! The students had SO much fun during our Pumpkin Day. We did some pumpkin exploration, ate pumpkin cookies, played bingo, made a our own pumpkin, and learned the life cycle of a pumpkin. Thank you to everyone for your kind donations and for volunteering to help. It is GREATLY appreciated!
