Reminders:

Meet the Teacher is tomorrow night from 4pm-6pm. A book fair is also happening from 4:30-6:30 during Meet the Teacher.

ONLY Morning Kindergarten is in session on Thursday the 29th. No afternoon kindergareten.

There is no school Friday or Monday.

Rita’s night is on September 5th from 6pm-8pm.

Our first early dismissal day will be this Thursday the 29th. ONLY morning kindergarten will come to school that day. Afternoon kindergarten has Thursday off!

Morning kindergarten is still able to ride the bus to school, but they will also be allowed to take the bus home from school. They will also be eating lunch at school. As of today, I have gotten most of the orange lunch forms back. Please send in the orange form if it hasn’t made it’s way back to school yet. I will send a second form home to those I haven’t gotten a response from tomorrow.

When you send in money for lunch, PLEASE put it in an envelope with your child’s name on it.

What a wonderful and busy first day of school! Everyone had a fantastic day! Students shared how their feelings about the first day of school, and I’m happy to say that most of them were so excited to be here!

Please go through the paperwork in your child’s home folder that was sent out today. I’m asking for that paperwork to be returned as soon as possible.

I can’t wait to see your child tomorrow for the second day of school! Tomorrow we will be talking about buses 🙂
