Yesterday we had a blast celebrating the 100th Day of School! We colored in 100 animals, made our own gumball machines, played a race game, completed 100 exercises, and enjoyed a 100 day snack. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers for helping! Here are some pictures from yesterday.
If you are interested in helping on the 100th day of school please return the blue form in ASAP. If you need another form, please email me or send in a note. We are in need of some more parent helpers for each class.
Additionally, remember to make your own 100th Day Tee Shirt. 🙂 All the students are looking forward to this exciting day!
Apologies for the late night reminder. Here are a few things to share:
- Tomorrow is an early dismissal day. AFTERNOON ONLY tomorrow from 9:00AM -1:30PM. No morning kindergarten!
- Tomorrow is Rainbow Day. Wear something rainbow or your favorite color of the rainbow!
We are fortunate to have an Academic Support Team (AST) at Hambright. Some of these teachers visit our classroom during the day and help students grow in pre-reading and math skills. We also have wonderful Kindergarten aides. You might hear your child talk about practicing with these teachers. We are grateful for their support!
We do go outside as long as it is dry and the feel of the temperature of 25 degrees. Please send your child in with a coat everyday. If your child does not have a coat, please contact me.
Thank you for your continued support at home.
Penn Manor will be operating on a Two Hour Delay today. This means:
- Morning kindergarten students will start at 11:00 AM. Students will be dismissed at approximately 12:45 PM for pickup.
- Afternoon kindergarten students start 50 minutes after their normal time. Their dismissal time would remain the same.
