Both of our classes had a blast at school this week! We learned about the first Thanksgiving, Native Americans, and Pilgrims. We talked about what we were thankful for, as well. We had our Thanksgiving Feast and ate lunch at school. We enjoyed our class reward and enjoyed our all school reward, which was a dance party! The PTO has planned some themed dress up days for you to get creative and have fun! We are especially excited to kick off the new school year with a HAMBRIGHT PRIDE day on January 8th.  Wear your favorite Hambright Leaders gear or represent Ham-Bright by wearing your brightest colors!

Have you outgrown your current Leader shirt? New gear can be purchased at our school store; with orders arriving right before the holidays! A portion of proceeds will go to the PTO and support our school. Orders can be placed until midnight November 29th.

Next week, we are going to be having a Thanksgiving Feast with our classes. The feast includes turkey slices to represent turkey, popcorn to represent corn, and applesauce. If you are able to donate 1-2 dollars for our feast, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
