Read Across America @ Millersville University
W e want to share a fun activity for your children taking place this weekend. My alma mater, Millersville University, will host its 3rd annual Read Across America Day event THIS SATURDAY, February 27th, from 11:00am-3:00pm. This year, the event will be a grab-and-go event, and each child will receive a bag with materials for six fun Dr. Seuss crafts! The event is completely FREE, and you do not need to register in advance. Click here to see the digital flyer.
Race for Education
Have you filled out and sent in your label sheets to support Race for Education yet? If not, you have 1 week to go!
Label sheets are due Monday, March 1st. This is our biggest fundraiser for Hambright and we need your help!
The addresses you provide will be sent as requests to potential donors. The money we raise will go towards field trips, fine arts day, assemblies and much more!
Last year, we raised $9,500, which is a great amount despite the pandemic. Thank you! But, in comparison, In 2019, we raised a record $24,000!
Let’s work together to provide for our kids and Hambright!

Sessions will focus on at-home learning activities & strategies, plus online learning platforms.
ALL SESSIONS WILL BEGIN @ 6:30 PM.
March 2nd – Grades K-2 AT-HOME LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR PRIMARY STUDENTS
March 10th – Grades 3-6 AT-HOME LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS
March 16th – Grades K-2 HOW TO USE SEESAW
March 24th – Grades 3-6 HOW TO USE GOOGLE CLASSROOM
