I think there’s a lot of us who are still in shock that we are where we are with this virus and school closure. I want to be doing the best I can to support and be there for you all during this time of uncertainty. While no assignments will be graded during Penn Manor’s closure, I am going to do my best to keep checking in through Google Classroom. I’ll try to post some fun challenges every once in a while if you would like to participate!
Scholastic and Alan Gratz have loosened restrictions on recording their books, so our read aloud of Refugee can continue! YAY! If you would like to continue in that journey with me, you will find a link to an unlisted video in Google Classroom…heads up that the story starts getting pretty intense but also REALLY GOOD!
I’d also love to hear how you are doing. There’s a link in Google Classroom for you to check in via Flipgrid or feel free as always to shoot me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You are all strong. While what we are walking through right now is not what any of us has planned or wanted, you will be even stronger on the other side. Still be kind. Still challenge yourself. Still be there for your people.
I cannot wait to see you all again!
