Rest assured, if you cannot pick up your child’s ordered yearbook, we will keep it safe at CM until the fall. Report cards will be available on Sapphire Wednesday, June 3rd.  Report cards will also be mailed out and should arrive close to June 3rd.  The report card will include your child’s teacher for next year.

You are always welcome to stop by classroom and say hello. You and your children have become special to me this year!

Monday, April 13

Dear Parents:

Gov. Wolf has announced that all schools in the state will remain closed through the current school year. Remote learning will continue throughout the school year, based on the district calendar. The last day of school is May 29.

Thank you for your support.  It has been wonderful to see and hear about all of the learning activites your children are doing at home.  I am thrilled to see the smiles on the children’s faces. It is obvious that you are working hard to help your child enjoy doing the learning activities.

Kindergarten is an important year for helping a child develop a desire for learning.  I believe teachers and parents are partners in this goal. Parents possess a tremendous influence over their children’s perceptions and attitudes towards learning.  Thank you for helping your child develop a positive attitude about learning.

I will be having office hours from 12:00-1:00 p.m. each day.  I will be calling families during this time to learn about how I can support you and your child.  Please email me if you have questions about the online learning activities. The link to the online learning activities is https://sites.google.com/pennmanor.net/remotelearning/.

Together we are going to help your child finish this year in a successful manner.

Sincerely,

Lorena Glenn
