Wednesday – 2/22   Spelling test, phys ed., and Kids at Work Day.  Students may dress like the profession they hope to have when they are older!  We also have book exchange!  Mrs. Terry and Mr. Heiney are going to teach the kids how to play GaGa!

Thursday – 2/23 We have music.  New spelling words will come home.  We’re celebrating our great reading at an assembly today!  Calvin will be here to read with us!

Friday – 2/24 We have Flex.  The kids will be going outside.  Please send the kids to school in sneakers.  Today is a 1:30 early dismissal.  Please call Mrs. Aument in the office if your child has any transportation changes.

Thursday – 3/2 Thing 1 and thing 2 Thursday (dress like thing 1 and thing 2 or dress identical to a friend)  We have FLEX.  Millersville students will be coming over to present a science fair to first graders again!  We have a spelling test.

Friday – 3/3  Book Character Dress up Day!  (Dress as your favorite book character)  We have Art

It’s been chilly outside, so Eshleman students are going to warm up by wearing flannel shirts and sweatshirts to school tomorrow.  We’ve had a great week of fun and learning.  I just adore these kids!

Reminder: We do have school on Friday, 2/17.  “A”  lunch will be Italian Cheese Pizza.

I hope the kids are enjoying some time out in the snow!  School will now be in session on Friday, February 17.

Our spelling test will be moved to Monday, February 13.  New words will come home on Tuesday, February 14th.

Valentines may be sent to school for our (optional) Valentine exchange any day through Tuesday, February 14.  We have 22 friends in our class.  We’ll be making our Valentine bags at school on Friday.
