Eshleman Book Fair

The PTO sponsored book fair will be at Eshleman next week.  Students in our room will shop for books (optional) on Monday, May 7 from 2:10-2:35.  You are welcome to come in to help your child shop if you would like to!  Just check in at the office at 2:10 and meet us in the library.

You will also be able to shop in the evening on Monday, May 7 before out PTO meeting, or during the food fair on May 10.  The spring book fair is always a buy one, get one free event!

Eshleman is having a FUNdraiser

Please log on to FUNRUN.COM to register your student for Eshleman’s super FUNdraiser called “Boosterthon.” When your student is registered, you will be able to ask friends and family (near and far) to support our school.    This is Eshleman’s largest fundraiser of the year.  Money raised will be used to pay for field trips and classroom supplies.

Our class will be participating in the   Boosterthon on Wednesady, May 9 from 10-11 AM.  There will be obstacle courses,  music,  and of course lots of exercise with friends!  Be sure to send the kids to school wearing sneakers.  Every student at Eshleman will receive a FREE Eshleman Eagles t-shirt to wear on the day of the fun run! I’ll send this t-shirt home on Tuesday, May 8th so students can wear it on the 9th.

Many thanks to those who have already registered your student and received pledges!

Mark your Calendar

First graders in Mrs. Terry’s class will be performing a play for friends and family on Thursday, May 31st.  We’ll have a morning and an afternoon performance to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.  We will probably need to have 2 casts.  I’ll let you know which of the performances your child will be in loser to the date.  I hope you will be able to join us!
