Eshleman Food Drive

First graders are collecting stuffing for families in need this Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Thank you for the donations we have already received.  If you have a chance to grab some stuffing at the store this week, we’re accepting donations until Friday.

Thank You!!

Enjoy your long weekend with the kids!

Golden tags came home today and I noticed our ticket numbers were low (3 -5 average tickets earned this week).  Don’t be alarmed!  If there is anything you need to know about your child’s behavior, I noted it on the golden tag.  Thanks so much for your support!

Monday, November 5 – Our special is Art.   We have a spelling test. Mrs. Strosser will be in to talk to us about our feelings.

Students who earned a $5 book fair voucher from our Run for FUNds will be able to redeem the voucher first thing on Monday morning.

Our class shopping time will be on Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 11:00-11:25.  If your student will be purchasing books, please send money to school in a zip lock bag labeled with his/her name.

Tuesdsay, Nov. 6 – Our special is applied engineering.  We’ll get new spelling words today.  Our class will shop at the book fair from 11:00-11:25.  Parents are welcome to come in and help their child shop!  We’ll be learning about elections and doing some very important cookie voting!

Wednesday, Nov. 7 – Our special is music.  We have a 1:30 early dismissal today.  Anyone who was absent for our book fair shopping may shop today.
