Hi, Martic 5th Grade Families,
I hope that this message finds all of you, and your families, safe and healthy. It’s hard to believe that this will be my last post for the 2019/2020 school year! I want to thank each and every one of you for your continued support throughout the year and especially during this unprecedented time.
Here are a couple of reminders that I wanted to send your way today:
- Please check your child’s email for the link she/he will need to meet their 6th-grade homeroom teacher and participate in “Move Up Day. This was sent out this morning to every 5th grader.
- Also, if you are planning to pick up your child’s belongings, that event is taking place today beginning at 3:00 this afternoon and ending at 7:00 this evening. As Dr. Sugra posted on our Martic Blog… 5th-Grade pick up is located in the back parking lot by the gymnasium entrance. Please have a sign with your child’s name that is visible for the people who will bring your child’s belongings to you in your car.
- This Friday, at 10:30 AM, Mr. Plumbo, Mr. Buell, and I will be holding the “5th- grade goodbye” meeting. This link was sent out to each 5th-Grader’s email address last week. We would love to see all of your wonderful children’s smiling faces one more time, if possible, before summer break!
Thank you for your help with these events… It is greatly appreciated! Have an incredible summer, and I can’t wait to see everyone, in August, at Martic! Keep smiling, laughing, being safe, and staying healthy!
