PM Productions is a primarily self-supporting organization. We receive some funding from the HS budget – but it is not enough to cover all of the royalties & licensing costs for both of our productions. This means that in addition to the production budget (costumes, lumber, paint, publicity, etc – totalling approximately $4000) – we are also responsible to make up the remaining balance for licensing costs. For the 2013-2014 school year, that dollar amount is an $1920 in addition to the production costs.
As we begin planning for the our productions (The Foreigner, fall play/comedy. One-Act “Common Ground” Dinner Theatre Event, and AIDA -Spring Musical), we are reaching out to the community, our friends and family members, as well as local businesses, to please consider making a donation to our program. For only a $5 minimum donation, your name will be listed as a member of our “Fan Club” in our program booklet. For additional gifts (or gifts in kind) we will add your name to the appropriate level:
$5 – 24 Fan Club
$25 – 49 Chorus Line (+ 2 free tickets)
$50 – 99 Leading Role (+ 4 free tickets)
$100 – 149 Stage Manager’s Club (+4 free tickets + business card ad)
$150 – 199 Director’s Club (+ 6 free tickets + business card ad)
$200-249 Producer’s Club (+6 free tickets + 1/4 page ad)
$250 & up All Star Club (+8 free tickets + 1/2 page ad)
