If you (or anyone you know) is interested in ordering a show shirt – please use the following form to do so. Forms are due by 6 pm on Monday, Feb 3rd at rehearsal, or to Mrs. Mintzer in room 209 at PMHS.
No money is needed at this time – but we must have the information in time to place the order for the group – and we do not plan to get many extras. All shirts will be navy – and the choices for styles are:
Short Sleeve T-shirt – $8, Long sleeve shirt – $12, Baseball style 3/4 sleeve – $14, Crewneck sweatshirt -$15, and Hooded Sweatshirt – $20
