We rely on the support of individuals and businesses to support our theatre program. The district provided the financial support for the royalties (almost $3500 – thank you!) -but we are responsible for all of the production costs such as sets, props, lights, costumes, posters, programs, etc. The deadline to receive sponsorship information is Feb 1st. (We do not have rehearsal until Feb 2nd…. so that would be okay.)
Please distribute this form to anyone, or any business, that would consider the opportunity to have their name listed in the program booklet as one of our supporters. For “gifts-in-kind” (ie. items we need for the production – fabric, supplies, food for meals we’ll provide) – we will list the sponsorship at the equivalent value for the items provided.
Ask all of your friends, family members, teachers and others to donate just $5 to be one of our sponsors. If they are planning to see the show also- perhaps they would consider a $25 donation that includes 2 “free” tickets.
