RAFFLE PRIZES NEEDED – We will have a Chinese Auction in the lobby during the run of the show – and are in need of raffle prizes. If you would like to put together a themed basket, donate a gift card or item, or donate a handmade item – we’d really appreciate it! You can also ask local businesses to donate a gift certificate, free product, or other items that we can include as a raffle prize as well. Use this donation letter to make contacts with local businesses. TICKETS – are now on sale! The online ticket system is up and running. Seating is reserved on a first-come basis. Go to the tab on this blog for “ticket information” for the link to Seat Yourself to purchase tickets online with a credit card. You can also use this order form, if you send cash/check. KEEP IN CONTACT! Every student involved in the production has a mailbox folder that lives in a small cart just outside the auditorium and makeup room. This is where informational memos will be placed to ensure that everyone is given the same information in a timely manner. Please encourage your students to check it regularly (right now – there is a show shirt order form in everyone’s mailbox, for example! 😉
