GREASE: Deadlines this week – and ways to help!

SPONSORSHIPS are officially due today – Feb 1st – but we will just begin formatting pages for the program booklet, and should be able to add a few more if we have the information prior to Saturday’s rehearsal. SponsorshipLevels

SHOW SHIRTS – can be ordered by all students involved – and their friends and families, if you’d like.  Use this order form and submit it to Mrs. Mintzer by the end of rehearsal on Sat, Feb 6th. (So if you are not needed at that rehearsal, you need to do this sooner!) GREASE-2016ShirtOrderForm

RAFFLE PRIZES NEEDED – We will have a Chinese Auction in the lobby during the run of the show – and are in need of raffle prizes.   If you would like to put together a themed basket, donate a gift card or item, or donate a handmade item  – we’d really appreciate it!  You can also ask local businesses to donate a gift certificate, free product, or other items that we can include as a raffle prize as well.   Use this donation letter to make contacts with local businesses.  Please keep in contact with Jules Leddy or Melissa Mintzer so we know who has been contacted, as well as what items have been received.  2016BroadwayCares

TICKETS – are now on sale!  The online ticket system is up and running.  Seating is reserved on a first-come basis.   Go to the tab on this blog for “ticket information” for the link to Seat Yourself to purchase tickets online with a credit card.  You can also use this order form, if you send cash/check.  Grease Ticket Order Form

KEEP IN CONTACT!  Every student involved in the production has a mailbox folder that lives in a small cart just outside the auditorium and makeup room.  This is where informational memos will be placed to ensure that everyone is given the same information in a timely manner. Please encourage your students to check it regularly (right now – there is a show shirt order form in everyone’s mailbox, for example! 😉

OTHER WAYS TO HELP:  Please visit our SignUpGenius listing for donations and jobs  – by signing up with your email address, you’ll also receive a reminder 2 days ahead of time.  If you can make/donate snacks, help to clean/organize/process ticket orders, or work in the lobby on show nights – this is the list of all of the various items needed.
