Next week, during our busy time of dress rehearsals & final preparations, we would like to continue the tradition of having “theatre family dinners” – but we need families to contribute items for that to happen. This allows the after-school time to be spent with makeup, homework, and other final stage prep – before each dress rehearsal each evening.
If your student will be here to help with the dress rehearsals, we would like for you to make a contribution to each of the meals being served. All students who are cast/crew members are welcome to partake of these meals.
The online sign up also includes information about donations and helpers needed for the show nights. Concession stand donations are needed. There are also jobs for people to help sell items the lobby and to help as ushers – but all adults must be district-approved volunteers. (If you are not on the volunteer list – please do so… but if you cannot help by donating your time, we’re relying on you to donate the items needed for the concession stand – or both!)
