Wednesday is Hat Day!
Thursday is Leader T-shirt Day!
Hoping for good weather! ALL students need a bagged lunch and drink (no glass please). I preordered for students getting a bagged lunch from the cafeteria. Students should dress appropriately. Sneakers please! Students may bring sand toys and sports equipment. They must be able to carry their own supplies. It helps to have things labeled with names. NO hard balls or bats, but wiffle balls and bats are okay. Let me know if you have any questions.
In case of bad weather we will be doing special activities IN school for the day.
Permission slips must be completely filled out and returned. (I am sending several home that need to be completed.) It is also essential to fill out and return the lunch option paper. We have to pre-order the lunches. In order to join us on the picnic every child must submit both forms. Thanks.
Wed., May 16 Students are to arrive at 5:45 PM. Meet in the cafeteria.
From the PTO: We do not have enough volunteers as of right now to hold our end of the year school picnic on May 11th from 5:30 pm- 8 pm. One more blog post is going out this morning to hopefully get more volunteers, but the decision has been made to cancel the event by 12 pm tomorrow if volunteer slots are not filled up.
Students need to wear sneakers and sunscreen. We will be out for the Race at 1:30. No water bottles are needed. The PTO is providing water for all students. Parents with clearances may walk/run with students. Please sign in at the visitor booth. Parents without clearances may watch from the sidelines. Bring a lawn chair. It will be lots of fun!
