Free Oral Exams and Sealants

Children in 1st-­8th grades, especially children who do not have a dentist and are uninsured, can receive a free oral exam and sealants.

Seeking patients without dental insurance who are in need of low-cost dental care.

Hours of operation: Mondays: 8:30 am-3:30 pm; Thursdays & Fridays: 12:30-2:30 pm

 

Fee Schedule:

Required Initial Exam– No Charge

X-rays– No Charge

Study models (if needed) No Charge

Fillings– $40 per tooth

Extractions– $40 per tooth

Emergency treatment– $40

Sedative Fillings– $40

Sealants– $40

Bleaching– $50

Denture– $400

Crown– $400-$600

Partial– $400-$600

Cleanings– $40

Scaling and Root Planing– $40.00 per quadrant

Beginning of the Year Reminders

Just a few reminders as we begin the new school year…

All students in Kindergarten, 6th, and 11th grades are required to have completed physical exams.

All students in Kindergarten, 1st, and 5th grades are required to have a completed dental exam.

Incoming 7th graders are required to have their Tdap and MCV vaccines prior to the first day of school.

Exams and immunizations may be sent to the health room or faxed to your school nurse.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact your school nurse.

Kindergarten registration

ReminderAll students starting kindergarten will need current immunizations along with a completed physical and dental form on file at the beginning of the school year.  

Physical and dental forms can be found on the nurses blog under forms.  These forms may be mailed, faxed or dropped off at your child’s school any time before the first day of school.  Contact information for each school is listed under Contact Us.

Please contact your school nurse to discuss any medical concerns, medications to be given during the school day, or for any questions.

Medication Pick Up

Reminder:

If you child currently has medication in the health room please plan to pick it up on or before the last day of school, June 5th.  Medication must be picked up by a parent/guardian.  Medication that is not picked up will be discarded.
