Fall Weight Training

Fall Workout Schedule

Mondays:              4:15 – 5:15
Wednesdays:       4:15 – 5:15
Thursdays:            7:00 – 8:30

We will always meet in the weight room.  On Thursdays, small groups of kids may be pulled into the gym to work on baseball-specific skills. This might be done by position, or it might just be certain kids we feel need to work on specific skills. 

On Mondays and Wednesdays I will always leave my classroom (305) open after school if kids need a place to go after school.  If the weather is decent, a great thing to do during this time would be to take a team jog, or long-toss on the turf field. 

The schedule is subject to change based on early dismissals for in-service, holidays, etc…
