Engineering Summer High School Course
Millersville University’s Department of Applied Engineering, Safety & Technology (AEST) has teamed up with Johns Hopkins University to offer a four–week program to high school students called Engineering Innovation: A Summer Program for High School Students. This EI course is designed to give students in grades 11 or 12 the opportunity to think and problem solve like an engineer! The course will be held July 1 through July 26, from 9:00am to 3:00pm on the Millersville University Campus. Students are eligible to receive 3 credits from JHU – transferrable to MU – if they complete the course with a final grade of an A or a B.
JHU is taking care of all of the arrangements, so please look to their Web site engineering-innovation.jhu.edu for more details and registration information. Dr. Scott Warner (AEST) is the lead MU/JHU-EI instructor.
