Education Day November 2 Block 3 and Lunches

Education Day is coming to Penn Manor High School on Monday November 2 during block 3 and lunches. This is your chance to visit with over 100 colleges, and other institutions of higher learning and training. You will have an opportunity to meet admission representatives from a broad range of educational institutions to discuss entrance requirements, financial aid, campus life and academic programs. A list of participants is on the high school and counseling office blog. Your parents are invited to attend this event also!

ACT Exam this Saturday, Oct 24th

Attention any student registered to take ACT’s here at the High School this Saturday.  Due to the Millersville Parade, you should plan to give yourself plenty of time to get to the High School.  Doors open at 7:15AM.  You should use enter campus via the Main Entrance as High School Avenue will not be accessible.  You should park as close to the Ag Wing as possible and enter the doors in back of the Auditorium.  Registration will be over at 8AM so please do not be late.

Financial Aid Night 2015

Wednesday, October 21st at 7pm in the HS Auditorium

Plan on attending this informative session sponsored by PHEAA (PA Higher Education Assistance Agency) and the PMHS Counseling Office.

Topics will include:

  • How to plan and pay for college and career school
  • Resources available to students and parents
  • Scholarships!
  • Deadlines
  • Upcoming career and college related events

Instant Admissions Events

Penn Manor has partnered with three colleges to provide on-site admissions events here at the Penn Manor High School. Apply online to these three schools a week before the event.  On the day of an event the colleges will present to students who applied and meet with them one-on-one to discuss the status of their application! You could be accepted
instantly!

You do not need to pay the application fee.  Check off the “waiver” box to waive the application fee. Signing up online with the PMHS Counseling office and meeting with the rep serves as your waiver. Does not apply for Speech Language Pathology Majors due to dual review process*
