CSS Profile

The CSS Profile enables colleges and universities to see a true picture of a family’s financial need and supports the mission of making college affordable.

More and more colleges are requiring the completion of the CSS profile as part of their financial aid process.  If a school that you are applying to requires it, you must complete the FAFSA and the CSS profile.  Please be aware of the schools’ deadlines to complete these pieces of the process.

There is a cost to complete the CSS Profile, but there are also fee waivers available if you meet the criteria.  If you have utilized a fee waiver for the SAT, the fee waiver to complete the CSS profile will be in your College Board account.

Please utilize the website provided below for more information about the CSS profile and how to go about completing it.  If you have any further questions, please see your School Counselor.
