Sky’s the limit for this Pilot Training opportunity

Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Management (LOM) with an Aviation concentration Info night with EMU at Lancaster and  Aero-Tech Services, Inc., an FAA-approved Part 141 Pilot School, to provide ground and pilot training. Flight training occurs at the Aero-Tech facility at Lancaster Airport in Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Date: Thursday, October 13 Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Location: Lancaster Airport at Aero-Tech Services, Inc. 500-P Airport Road, Lititz, Pennsylvania 17543

– Information session at 5:15 PM on the aviation academic experience at EMU.

– Meet and greet our program director, faculty, and current students.

– Meet and greet our new aviation career pipeline partner at Piedmont Airlines. In addition, we also have a pilot flow program for Republic Airways

– Explore aircraft used by students in the program.

– Opportunity to speak with some of our students pursuing the aviation concentration at EMU.

As you know, we are amid a worldwide pilot shortage; this can be an exciting career path offered in Lancaster County for a student considering an aviation career as a professional pilot. Lancaster Airport is the 3rd busiest airport in Pennsylvania, has an FAA ATC tower, and is an excellent place to launch a career for an aspiring aviator. Although a college degree is not a requirement to become a pilot, it is perceived as preferred for aviation professionals such as commercial or corporate airline pilots, flight instructors, airport operations managers, mission aviators, aviation safety inspectors, and more. Professionals with a strong foundation in aviation and leadership principles are in demand throughout the air transport industry.
