Education Day is coming to Penn Manor High School on Monday November 7th.  Parents and students are invited to attend from 10:50-1:10. This is your chance to visit with over 100 colleges, and other institutions of higher learning and training all in our East Gym! You will have an opportunity to meet admission representatives from a broad range of educational institutions to discuss entrance requirements, financial aid, campus life and academic programs. Healthcare Volunteer Opportunity

If you have a genuine interest in the healthcare field then the Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine Winter Student Volunteer program is for you!  The program allows students to experience first hand day to day activities in a professional healthcare setting.  Students are given the opportunity to work side by side with an LGH clinical staff member who will mentor you throughout the program.  Applications are being accepted now!  The deadline to apply is October 21st.  Stop by the counseling office for more information or download the application at www.LancasterGeneralHealth.org

Financial Aid Night September 26, 2016 6:30PM

All Grade level students and parents/guardians are invited to this free event on how to pay for College and Career Schools.

Plan on attending this informative session sponsored by PHEAA ( PA Higher Education Assistance Agency) and the PMHS Counseling Office.  Topics will include: What are the different types of financial aid, how to plan and pay for college and career schools, filing the FAFSA, resources available to students and parents, scholarships, deadlines and more!  If you have any questions contact marjean.long@pennmanor.net.  The event will be held in the High School Auditorium.

Senior Financial Aid Information

Seniors, beginning January 1st you can start to complete your FAFSA form for freshman year of college. View this video provided the PA Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA):

Completing the FAFSA for 2016-2017

The student needs to get a FSA ID PIN and a parent gets a FSA ID PIN. Once you receive your tax information for 2015, fill out the FAFSA application yourself or attend FAFSA Completion Night.
