Penn State Day Virtual Open House: Saturday, October 10 Students will learn about the admissions and financial aid award processes and timeline, have an opportunity to interact with our faculty and current students, and view campus via a virtual campus tour. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. (ET). Students will receive a $65 application fee waiver. Students can register online or call 717-771-4040. |
Virtual Application and FAFSA Completion Workshops: Students are invited to attend a virtual workshop with admissions and financial aid staff who will guide students on how to complete their Penn State online application and/or Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) Strategy Virtual Courses via Zoom: Thursdays, October 8 – November 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. (ET) Fully qualified instructors will assist students in improving their math and critical reading/writing skills, as well as in providing guidance for test-taking strategies. The $295 tuition fee includes the College Board SAT Study Guide. |

Please note that Penn State has moved into a test-optional evaluation process for the 2021 admissions cycle. We are making this change to give Penn State applicants a choice that will ease the anxiety that many future students and families are experiencing as a result of test-taking disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
