Rise Above Retreat on 10/14/23: Eliminating Stigma in Youth Mental Wellness

The Rise Above Youth Summit Program aims to help high school students gain new skills and connect them to resources for mental health in Lancaster County. Throughout the summit, students will be challenged and encouraged to understand different perspectives when it comes to mental health. With each workshop that students participate in, they will be tasked to build up their general knowledge of mental health, learn about resources and understand the nuances about mental health.

There will be a Rise Above Retreat on Saturday, October 14th from 10am-3pm at 128 East Grant Street, Lancaster PA 17602. This will be a full day of workshops with lunch and snacks provided by the Touchstone Foundation. Registration and participation for this event is FREE to any and all high school students with a passion to learn more about mental health.
