SEARCH Academy is a virtual career exploration program for high school students interested in healthcare.  It is offered by the Pennsylvania Area Health Education Center (AHEC). Its goal is to help students identify and pursue career paths in healthcare.  

SEARCH Academy will be hosting the following training sessions free of charge during the month of February from 6:30-8:30 pm:

Thursday, February 1, 2024: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Training  

Thursday, February 8, 2024: Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse

Thursday, February 15, 2024: Medical Imaging 

Interested students can apply online here. All presentations include hands-on activities. Parent/guardian permission is required to receive materials.
